An expatriate colleague was enthusiastically asking about Shahbag movement at the lunch table today in Kathmandu. Apparently, the rest folks at the table queued their curiosity about the happenings in Bangladesh. Eagerly anticipating our dreams to realize
We are a multitude of beacons clad as fireflies
Illuminating hope, yearning despairs demise"........by Sohel Ahmed
Religion makes us feel special. It comforts us with the idea that we are superior than other species on earth. It gives some fancy misconceptions about reality and physical world. We like to think ourselves special. We like to think that we have a greater purpose in our life. We fantasize about afterlife. That hallucinates us from the very truth, the reality.

N.B. : It was first of my interviews that I took in 2011 and afterwards. Hoping to publish those all.

When translating I often feel at loss for proper adjectives in English that could do justice in describing the heinous atrocities these hyenas wearing Pak army uniform or calling themselves rajakar or "friend" committed. If the reader can think of more appropriate language that can help portray the intensity of the truth, please suggest. It will be much appreciated.
